Hello mako2580, maybe the adapter is defektive? Maybe the bios has "Boot Booster" enabled - this caches some information and jumps over such things like memory and ssd detection. Cheers, tosty |

No I don't have enabled Boot Booster, also I don't see that option in my BIOS. But I don't have another adapter or another EEE PC so I can't find out if adapter is wrong. Anyway thanks for your time I will try to return CF card and buy SD card and use it in built-in card reader. |

Well, using the built-in SD card reader is a quite sub-optimal solution. The CF card solution would be the better one. Maybe you can buy / test with another adapter? From another supplier. |
